Kristen is a true native Floridian, born and raised in the Orlando area and there is no other state she'd rather be. She recognizes all the natural beauty, limitless fun, and freedom Florida has to offer.

After attending college at the University of Florida in Gainesville for one year, she decided she missed Orlando and moved back to attend school at the University of Central Florida (Go Knights!). It was there she discovered her love for hospitality. Kristen has worked in the hospitality industry for 20 years. She truly enjoys helping people and incessantly works to exceed their expectations in whatever way possible-there is no greater feeling in her mind.

After relocating from Orlando to The Villages, eight years ago, in support of her husband's career as a local Chiropractic Physician, Kristen fell in love with the very unique retirement community. She worked as a bartender and fostered many relationships throughout her stint in local restaurants. It was through this avenue, she discovered that her eagerness to help people would translate in a more impactful way by helping people achieve their dreams of finding them their perfect home in the #1 retirement community in the United States.

Kristen currently works with Coldwell Banker Vanguard Lifestyle Realty and deals with current and prospective residents of The Villages and its surrounding cities.

When she is not working diligently to assist individuals and families in procuring their dream home, she can be found relaxing with her two Westies, Bodhi and Bugsy, enjoying the beautiful Florida weather at one of its many pristine natural springs or beaches, and attending concerts with her husband, Chris.
